Terms of Le Sac Instagram Competition 

Promoter

Eligibility
Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees and contractors of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible.

Promotion period
Opens on posting of the Instagram competition post on 24/10/25. Closes at the earlier of:
a. the time @le_sac__ reaches 10,000 followers, or
b. 5 pm AEDT on 30 November 2025.

How to enter
During the Promotion Period:


  1. Like the competition post on Instagram.

  2. Follow @le_sac__.

  3. Comment on the post and tag a gardener. Each unique tag is one entry. Do not tag anyone who would not reasonably expect to be tagged.
    Bonus entry for sharing the post to Instagram Stories and tagging @le_sac__.

Draw
Random electronic draw at 4 pm AEDT on the day @le_sac__ reaches 10,000 followers or, if not achieved, at 5 pm AEDT on 7 November 2025. The first valid entry drawn wins.

Prize
One Le Sac Gift Box comprising one unit of each current best-selling and new Le Sac product. Total RRP [insert] AUD. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

Winner notification and publication
Winner notified by Instagram Direct Message within two business days and announced in comments on the competition post and Stories. If the winner does not claim the prize within 7 days, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed-prize draw at the same place and time one week later.

Privacy
Personal information is collected to administer the Promotion and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at www.shoplesac.com.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. You understand you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Instagram.

Returns/Refunds Policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds & Exchanges

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@shoplesac.com.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, we will offer a store credit. Please refer to our Return Policy here.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
