The Gardener’s Surprise Box and all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind.

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Email us at support@shoplesac.com to request a return.
2. Approval: Once approved, we'll provide the return address and further instructions.
3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or faulty.
4. Processing: Please note, once your return is received by our warehouse, it will take up to 7 business days to be processed and inspected.

Return Shipping, Processing Fees & Refund Deductions 

• All returns (Australian and international) are processed through our third-party fulfilment warehouse. A processing fee, reflecting the cost charged to us by our fulfilment provider for receiving, checking and restocking returned items, will be deducted from your refund. 
• For international orders, return shipping costs, any customs/duty charges incurred in the return process, and the processing fee above will all be deducted from your refund. 
• We will confirm the applicable processing fee and any return shipping cost with you before your return is finalised, so there are no surprises. 
• Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse — we're unable to process a refund before that point. 

International Orders — Customs & Duties 

• International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not something Le Sac charges, collects, or is able to refund. 
• If you decline to pay a customs charge or don't collect your parcel, and it is returned to us as a result, our standard return shipping and processing fee deductions (above) still apply once the item is back with us. 
• Customers in the EU/UK have a statutory right to withdraw from their order within 14 days of delivery. This doesn't change the above: the item must still be returned to us, return shipping and processing costs are deducted as set out above, and the refund is issued once we've received the goods (or proof they've been sent back). 

Refunds & Exchanges

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 10–14 business days after we receive and inspect the item, less any applicable return shipping and processing fees as outlined above. 
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, we will offer a store credit.

Damaged or Defective Items

• Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days for assistance. We'll cover the return shipping costs for such cases, and no processing fee will be deducted. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
