Le Sac Honest Review Competition
Terms and Conditions
- Promoter. The promoter is Le Sac Et Al Pty Ltd trading as Le Sac, ABN 44 681 805 864, of Bobundara, COOMA NSW 2630 ("Le Sac", "we", "us"). Contact: hello@shoplesac.com.
- Agreement. Entering this competition means you accept these terms.
- Promotion period. Opens [time and date TBC] and closes [time and date TBC]. Entries received outside this period are not eligible.
- Who can enter. Australian residents aged 18 or over who have purchased a Le Sac product from shoplesac.com. Employees, contractors and directors of Le Sac and their immediate families are not eligible.
- How to enter. Write a review of a Le Sac product you have purchased on shoplesac.com during the promotion period, submitted using the email address linked to your order.
- Entry limits. One entry per product purchased, up to a maximum of five entries per person. Each entry must relate to a genuine purchase.
- Honest reviews. Every eligible review is entered, whether positive, negative or mixed. Your star rating and whether your review is favourable will not affect your chance of winning. Reviews must be your own experience and must not be copied, generated by AI tools or written by anyone else.
- Publication. All eligible reviews will be published on shoplesac.com, including critical ones, with a note that they were submitted as part of this competition. We may decline to publish, or disqualify, entries that are offensive, defamatory, unlawful, contain personal information about others, or are unrelated to the product.
- Game of skill. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
- Judging. Entries will be judged by Sahra Dixon Tohow and Jane Rankin at Le Sac on [date TBC]. The winning entry will be the one the judges consider best meets these criteria, equally weighted: (a) detail and specificity about the product; (b) usefulness to other customers deciding whether to buy; (c) originality and quality of writing; (d) inclusion of a photo of the product in use. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Prize. One winner will receive a $500 (incl. GST) Le Sac digital gift voucher, redeemable on shoplesac.com. The voucher is valid for 12 months from issue, is not redeemable for cash, and cannot be transferred or exchanged. Total prize value: $500.
- Winner notification. The winner will be notified by email on [date TBC] and announced by first name and state on Le Sac's social media and newsletter. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize will be awarded to the next best entry as judged under clause 10, who will be notified by email.
- Using your review. By entering, you grant Le Sac a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish your review, first name, state and any photo you submit on our website, social media and marketing materials. You confirm you own any photo you submit and that anyone pictured has consented.
- Privacy. We collect your name, email address and order details to run this competition, verify your purchase, contact the winner and, if you have opted in, send you marketing. We handle your information under our Privacy Policy which explains how to access or correct it.
- Disqualification. We may disqualify entries that breach these terms, are made by fraudulent or automated means, or are not based on a genuine purchase.
- Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Le Sac is not liable for lost, late or misdirected entries, technical faults, or any loss arising from this competition or the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Changes. If the competition cannot run as planned due to circumstances beyond our control, we may change, suspend or cancel it, subject to any directions from a relevant regulator.
- Not affiliated. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed or run by Instagram, Facebook or any other social platform.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
