Le Sac is made of thick durable 100% natural cotton canvas.
Le Sac garden belts can fit most body shapes and sizes. The belt can be worn on your hip or higher on your waist. The belt can expand to 130 cm from belt to buckle.
Le Sac has three pockets. Two are made for larger items, for example, pruners, phones, gloves etc. The smaller pocket on the left side was designed for items such as seeds, AirPods, etc. The pockets surprisingly can fit a lot!
Le Sac belts are made for hard work and can be gently washed by hand or in the machine on a gentle cycle - where possible we suggest spot cleaning. We recommend spraying your Le Sac with a fabric protector before using it. It’s important to note that your Le Sac isn’t nature proof, and will age like any other natural item if it spends long hours in the garden.
Le Sac Garden Belts are well-made and should see you through four seasons or 12 months of hard work from the date of your purchase. However, if you believe there is a fault with your belt, let us know via email at support@shoplesac.com and we'll be happy to assist you.
Here's what you need to know about our warranty:
- Le Sac garden belts are backed by a 12-month warranty for peace of mind.
- Our product warranty is only valid if you purchased the belt directly from us or one of our authorised sellers.
- Our product warranty does not cover belts that were misused or weren’t properly taken care of.
- Return postage may be required when sending the belts back to us.
- If we approve your claim, you will receive a replacement that's the same or similar to the one you had.
Any advantages conferred through our Product Warranty stand as supplementary to the legal rights and recourse available to you as a consumer under legislation pertaining to the specific garden accessories covered by these warranties.
Yes, our garden belts are designed with comfort in mind, ensuring they can be worn for extended periods while working in the garden. The belts are made from 100% cotton canvas and feature adjustable straps for a comfortable fit, our pockets are moveable so they never get in your way while moving freely.

ORDER
After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email to the email address provided in your order, this will provide your order number. Please email support@shoplesac.com if you need any help with your order.
Once an order is processed at our warehouse, often changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated.
However, we sometimes have a brief window post-order placement during which we may be able to modify your order.
Except for preordered items, most orders are shipped in a couple of business days from when you place your order.
Your order will generally leave our warehouse 1 to 4 business days after you place the order. Upon fulfilment by our warehouse, an additional email containing a unique Australia Post tracking number and link will be sent to you.

Before finalising your purchase, kindly ensure that your shipping address is accurate during checkout. Your computer's auto-fill settings may occasionally input outdated or incorrect addresses.

If your order has not been shipped yet, we can change your address. However, once your order has been dispatched, please note that additional fees will apply for redirecting it to a new address.
Shipping & Postage
We offer shipping nationally in Australia via flat-rate postage through Australia Post.
- Standard Shipping: $11.00 (AUD), estimated 4-7 business days.
- Express shipping: $15 (AUD), estimated 1-3 business days.
Please note that once your order has been processed by us and received by Australia Post, they become responsible for your order and its tracking. We dispatch orders from regional NSW - Wyndham Post Office 2550.
Shipping times are calculated from the moment orders are dispatched.
Your orders will generally leave our warehouse 1 to 4 business days after you place the order. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email, this is automated and can sometimes find its way to your junk mail.
Unfortunately at this stage, we don’t offer free shipping, as a small business we’re not in a position to take on the cost of shipping.
IMPORTANT - Please note that once your order has been processed by us and received by Australia Post, they become responsible for your order and its tracking.
If your order is not updating on the tracking page or taking longer than expected it could be due to an error in scanning, and most likely it is on its way.
A delay doesn’t mean your parcel won’t arrive or that it’s gone missing. Most delayed parcels arrive within 5 business days of their estimated delivery date.
- We advise tracking your postage through Australia Post's website for the most accurate information.
- Check for delays or disruptions on Australia Post domestic service updates.
- Raise an online enquiry with Australia Posts late or missing item form. Australia Post will monitor your parcel for any updates. If your parcel hasn’t been delivered by 10 business days after the expected delivery date, Australia Post normally investigates further.
- In Transit: Your order is in transit, possibly passing through various postal hubs on its way to you.
- Out for Delivery: Your order is with the delivery agent and is scheduled for delivery to your specified address soon.
