Le Sac Garden Tool Belt
Le Sac is made of thick durable 100% natural cotton canvas.
Le Sac garden belts can fit most body shapes and sizes. The belt can be worn on your hip or higher on your waist. The belt can expand to 130 cm from belt to buckle.
Le Sac has three pockets. Two are made for larger items, for example, pruners, phones, gloves etc. The smaller pocket on the left side was designed for items such as seeds, AirPods, etc. The pockets surprisingly can fit a lot!
Le Sac belts are made for hard work and can be gently washed by hand or in the machine on a gentle cycle - where possible we suggest spot cleaning. We recommend spraying your Le Sac with a fabric protector before using it. It’s important to note that your Le Sac isn’t nature proof, and will age like any other natural item if it spends long hours in the garden.

Le Sac Thorn Proof Glove is made of high-quality soft suede and leather.
Our gloves are available in medium & small sizes. If in doubt, size down as the gloves are very supple and will give. Please refer to our size guide below.

High quality leather and suede should age well with care. To keep your thorn-proof gloves in great condition please follow the below:
- Surface Cleaning: Gently wipe away dirt and debris with a damp cloth. Avoid soaking the gloves to preserve the high-quality suede and leather.
- Deep Cleaning: For tougher stains, use a suede or leather cleaner specifically designed for the material. Apply sparingly and follow the product instructions.
- Drying: Always air dry your gloves naturally, away from direct sunlight or heat sources, to prevent changing the fabric, cracking or warping.
- Storage: Store your gloves in a cool, dry place to maintain their shape and quality. Avoid folding them for extended periods.

ORDER
After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email to the email address provided in your order, this will provide your order number. Please email support@shoplesac.com if you need any help with your order.
Once an order is processed at our warehouse, often changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated.
However, we sometimes have a brief window post-order placement during which we may be able to modify your order.
Except for preordered items, most orders are shipped in a couple of business days from when you place your order.
Your order will generally leave our warehouse 1 to 4 business days after you place the order. Upon fulfilment by our warehouse, an additional email containing a unique Australia Post tracking number and link will be sent to you.

Before finalising your purchase, kindly ensure that your shipping address is accurate during checkout. Your computer's auto-fill settings may occasionally input outdated or incorrect addresses.

If your order has not been shipped yet, we can change your address. However, once your order has been dispatched, please note that additional fees will apply for redirecting it to a new address.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, please return your product in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We offer shipping nationally in Australia via flat-rate postage through Australia Post.
- Standard Shipping: $11.00 (AUD), estimated 4-7 business days.
- Express shipping: $15 (AUD), estimated 1-3 business days.

As a small business, we don't offer free shipping at this stage. We really want to keep our product prices as affordable as possible. To do this, we charge for shipping at the same rates that Australia Post provides, rather than building those costs into our prices.

If your order is not updating on the tracking page or taking longer than expected it could be due to an error in scanning, and most likely it is on its way.
A delay doesn’t mean your parcel won’t arrive or that it’s gone missing. Most delayed parcels arrive within 5 business days of their estimated delivery date.
