Shipping policy


Shipping

We ship from our 3PL partner in NSW. Orders leave our warehouse within 1-4 business days. Shipping times are from when orders are despatched.

AUSTRALIA

We offer shipping nationally in Australia through Australia Post. 

  • Standard Shipping starts at $11.00 (AUD), estimated 4-7 business days.

  • Express shipping starts at $15 (AUD), estimated 1-3 business days.

Please note, total cost is calculated at checkout based on your order (depending on size, weight, and location).

Once your order has been processed by us and received by Australia Post, they become responsible for your order and its tracking. For the most accurate information, please track your postage through Australia Post's website here. Australia Post has plenty of information on their website regarding tracking and postage.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

NEW ZEALAND

  • Standard Shipping starts at $19.15 AUD (4-7 business days)

  • Express Shipping starts at $34.15 AUD (2-5 business days)

UNITED KINGDOM

  • Standard Shipping starts at $35.00 AUD (7-14 business days)

  • Express Shipping starts at $50.00 AUD (5-8 business days (metropolitan area to metropolitan area))

Notes:

  • To track your order, please prepare your tracking number and track it via Australia Post's website here. 

  • Timeframe is estimated. For up-to-date delivery times and postage to New Zealand, USA and United Kingdom, visit the Australia Post website here. Australia Post has lots of information on its website regarding tracking and postage.

  • Final shipping cost depends on the total weight of the product (s) you've ordered.

 

Return Shipping, Processing Fees & Refund Deductions

  • All returns (Australian and international) are processed through our third-party fulfilment warehouse. A processing fee, reflecting the cost charged to us by our fulfilment provider for receiving, checking and restocking returned items, will be deducted from your refund. 
  • For international orders, return shipping costs, any customs/duty charges incurred in the return process, and the processing fee above will all be deducted from your refund. 
  • We will confirm the applicable processing fee and any return shipping cost with you before your return is finalised, so there are no surprises. 
  • Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse — we're unable to process a refund before that point. 


International Orders — Customs & Duties 

  • International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not something Le Sac charges, collects, or is able to refund. 
  • If you decline to pay a customs charge or don't collect your parcel, and it is returned to us as a result, our standard return shipping and processing fee deductions (above) still apply once the item is back with us. 
  • Customers in the EU/UK have a statutory right to withdraw from their order within 14 days of delivery. This doesn't change the above: the item must still be returned to us, return shipping and processing costs are deducted as set out above, and the refund is issued once we've received the goods (or proof they've been sent back).
