We ship very fast from our 3PL warehouse in Sydney. Your orders will generally leave our warehouse 1 to 4 business days after you place the order. In November there may be a delay as its a very busy season. Expect small delays through Black Friday Cyber Monday.

For detailed information on shipping times and costs in your area, please visit the Australia Post website here.

We offer shipping across Australia and selected international destinations. Orders are carefully packed to ensure your gloves arrives beautifully protected.

Important note: International orders may incur customs duties, payable by the customer; return shipping and processing fees apply to all returns.

For full details, please visit our Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchanges pages.

All birthday sale purchases are final sale, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply if an item is faulty or doesn't meet consumer guarantees.

Our 25% OFF birthday offer applies to all products across our store.

Our birthday offer cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions.

Our birthday sale ends 15/11 at midnight. We recommend placing your order while your favourites are still in stock, as popular pieces may sell out.

If you have any questions about sizing, care, or your order, our team is always happy to assist.
